FAQ

» Only items from subscription boxes can be listed on Box-Swap. The name and date of the subscription box an item is from must be included in its description. We are currently providing a grace period for items posted within 90 days of the start of a membership. Otherwise, items listed that are not from a subscription box will be removed.
» Only registered members can contact swappers about their listed items. After logging in, hover over an item photo while in the CATEGORY DISPLAY until an envelope icon appears to SEND MESSAGE.
» Only registered members can create listings. After logging in, go to MY BOOTH at the top of the site. Then select ADD ITEM FOR SWAP or ADD WISH from the top left of the page.
» Your listings will no longer be visible on the site if your membership becomes inactive. However, they will reappear once you become active again. It will not be necessary to go through the process of listing all of your items again.
» When listing an item, the POINTS field is used to show the Retail Value (or RV) of the item. Otherwise, you can ignore references to "points" or "buying points".
» No, unfortunately the site doesn't allow this. If we are able to further customize the site in the future, this upgrade will be a priority. To swap for multiple items from another swapper, you'll have to make arrangements for 1) them to initiate a swap with you where they can offer multiple items for a single item from you or 2) multiple swaps if you are both interested in more than one item.
» Currently, there is not a place on the site to provide shipping tracking information for swapped items. Shipping updates and tracking numbers should be communicated directly through email. If we are able to further customize the site in the future, this upgrade will be a priority.
» After an offer has been accepted, you can select VIEW CONTACT DETAILS in bold at the bottom of the OFFER DETAILS page .This will show you a member's mailing and email addresses. You can revisit the OFFER DETAILS page by going to MY BOOTH and selecting VIEW under ACTION in your OFFERS OUTBOX or OFFERS INBOX.
» Unfortunately, feedback ratings are not available. If we are able to further customize the site in the future, this will be considered.
» After logging in, select the profile icon at the top right of the site, then select MY ACCOUNT. Select EDIT PROFILE on the left and then CHANGE PASSWORD. You can also select MY BOOTH to reach EDIT PROFILE on the left.
» You can cancel your membership by using Contact Us at the bottom of the site or by e-mailing us directly at sub.box.swap@gmail.com with the subject "Cancel Membership".
